 When booking the entire hotel, a 45 day cancellation notice is required. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking 

   Check-In

Our hotel check-in is not run on a 24/7 basis. Check-in time is from 2:00pm - 7:00pm.  To checkout just leave your key in your room door.  Please call ahead of time if you require an earlier or later check-in, we are very flexable and will work with your schedule.

IMPORTANT REMINDER!  NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN ROOMS (outside patio or balcony only) OR BURNING CANDLES.  AN ADDITIONAL $250.00 FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE OR BILLED TO YOUR ADDRESS IF CAUGHT.

                  ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY:  72 hour prior  notice required   

  If reserving multipe rooms and/or nights, a 7 day prior  canellation is required for a full refund.

    For parties utilizing our banquet room, a 14 day cancellation notice is required to recieve a refund minus 10% administrative fee                                                                

       pets need to be on a leash while on the grounds

Pet charge is $10.00 which includes food.  Please keep dogs on a leash at all times while outside your room

 

This is the "Teddy Room" where Teddy Roosevelt slept. One of the best view in the hotel.  It's a "California" style room.  Room 1 - Where Teddy Roosevelt stayed.  Rms 1&3 rented as one unit
